4-Hour Service Package Include:

  • Light Housekeeping
    Assistance with everyday household tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Running Errands
    Support with errands such as grocery shopping, Target runs, picking up medications, laundry services, and more.
  • Medication Reminders & Monitoring
    We do not administer medication. Instead, we help track medication schedules and observe clients as they take their own medications at the proper times.
  • Light Meal Preparation
    Preparing simple, nutritious meals to support our clients’ well-being and daily routines. (Each of our Care Aides uphold a Food Handlers License)

•Awaiting Packages 

We offer assistance with waiting for packages if you need to be away for your home for work or any other commitments throughout the day. Your assistant can remain at your residence to receive deliveries on your behalf ensuring your packages will arrive safely and securely. This service provides peace of mind and convenience especially for clients with limited mobility.

At Cleaning Pro 360 & Home Care 

Our care aides believe in keeping things simple and transparent-the price is the price. Every client starts with our In-Home Care Service which is a flat rate of $99 for up to 4hours of services to complete any task that is requested in that time frame.

All payments are required upfront deposit prior to service. This policy ensures fairness and accountability on both sides. By securing payment in advance, we are able to:

  • Reserve your appointment with confidence
  • Cover the cost of cleaning supplies and preparation
  • Protect our professional cleaners from last-minute cancellations

This approach holds clients to their commitment while allowing us to deliver high-quality, reliable service without disruption.

This clear structure helps avoid confusion and ensures that we can stay on schedule while delivering top-quality service to all of our clients.

Please Note:

  • We will NOT exceed the 4-hour limit included in the basic service.
  • This structure helps avoid confusion and allows us to maintain a smooth sched

  • Because our aides often have back-to-back appointments, having your task list ready helps us manage time efficiently.

If no appointment is scheduled immediately after yours, we may be able to accommodate any extra requests you may have. However, this is not guaranteed and depends on our daily schedule.

We strive to make the booking process as easy and personalized as possible. We allow clients to text us directly with details about their requested In-Home Care Services. Feel free to send photos or videos of your apartment if you are requesting housekeeping services to help us better understand your needs.

Feel free to send photos or videos of your apartment if you are requesting housekeeping services to help us better understand your needs.

That said, we ask that all communication be respectful and timely:

  • Please be specific about the services you're requesting so we can properly prepare.
  • Do not text outside of our normal business hours regarding appointmer or bookings.
  • Repeated communication outside of business hours may result in being blocked from future services

If you are requesting light housekeeping services, please note that our team arrives fully prepared with our own cleaning products, including trusted Lysol-branded cleaners and disinfectants. If you are requesting light housekeeping services, please note that our team arrives fully prepared with our own cleaning products, including trusted Lysol-branded cleaners and disinfectants. This ensures a safe, effective, and consistent clean during every visit. we come fully prepared with our own cleaning products, which typically include trusted Lysol-branded products and disinfectants to ensure a thorough and effective clean.

However, to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and avoid cross-contamination, we kindly ask clients to provide the following items for use in their home:

  • Broom
  • Dustpan
  • Mop & Bucket

These tools are not carried between homes for sanitary reasons -we want to avoid transferring bacteria from one home to another .
Please note: All rags and cloths used in your home are fresh and brand new, ensuring a clean and sanitary experience every time.

If you will not be home during your scheduled service, we offer a convenient key-access option. You may provide us with a key or leave a spare key in a secure location so your caregiver can enter the home and complete the requested services. This option allows you to receive care even when you’re at work, running errands, or attending imp

This option allows you to receive care even when you’re at work, running errands, or attending important appointments—no need to be home for us to assist you.


IF YOU HAVE A DOORMAN: 

You're welcome to leave your keys with your doorman. Please provide clear instructions for:

  • How we can access your unit
  • Where to return the key after the cleaning, or who to give it back to. 


SPARE KEYS FOR RETURNING CLIENTS:


For ongoing clients who choose to provide a spare key to there housekeeper :

•Your key will be securely labeled

(without your full name & address) 

•It will be stored in a locked ,secure lockbox in our office when not in use—

No one will access your home unless there is a scheduled cleaning.


We take the security and privacy of your home seriously and follow strict procedures to ensure your peace of mind.

require a non-refundable deposit for all appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:


  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We send multiple reminder text messages before your scheduled appointment to give you ample time to cancel or reschedule, if needed.


LOCKOUT:

A deposit is also required to cover potential lockouts-this means if our team arrives and is unable to access your home(eg: no one answers the door and no entry instructions were provided) the deposit will be used for travel, time and any supplies purchased for your service.


•If we regain access and complete your service your deposit will still be applied to your final balance.
