We offer a simple flat-rate pricing structure that allows you to get a fair price based solely on the amount of rooms in your home. That’s it! The price is the price, regardless of the amount of time it takes. This makes it easy to schedule by phone or online and gives you a predictable upfront cost with no hassle
All clients are required to pay a $35 upfront non refundable deposit in case of a lockout or cancellation fee. Deposits are deducted from the cost of your cleaning. If you do not contact us to reschedule a cleaning and the housekeeper arrives at your home at the scheduled time and cannot gain entry or is denied access this is considered a lockout and you will forfeit your deposit. Deposit fee will be forfeited to compensate the housekeeper for their lost time and reimbursement for products and supplies purchased as well as transportation cost. Because our housekeepers are scheduled in advance CANCELLATION and LATE CHANGES deprive them of income and will not be tolerated.
Please move fragile, unstable, or expensive items to a location we do not clean, or ask us to skip that area completely if you do not wish to accept the risk of accidental damage.We are not responsible for any broken items
Tipping is never required, but it is a lovely way to tell your housekeeper that you think they did a great job. If you would like to tip your housekeeper, we suggest a range of 10 to 20% of the price of the cleaning. If you would prefer to give cash, we ask that you put it in a labeled envelope or otherwise clearly label it to make sure that our housekeepers know it is for them!
