To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This d

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your preferred date and time and is applied toward the total cost of your service.


Our deposit policy allows us to:

✔ Reserve your appointment with confidence
✔ Allocate cleaning supplies and preparation time for your service
✔ Protect scheduled appointments from last-minute cancellations and no-shows
✔ Maintain a reliable schedule for all residential and commercial clients
✔ Deliver consistent, high-quality service without interruption


The remaining balance is due upon completion of your cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Whether you need assistance maintaining your home, office, retail space, salon, studio, or other small business, your 4-hour service can be customized to address the cleaning tasks that matter most to you within the allotted appointment time.

To ensure we provide the most efficient and personalized experience possible, we kindly ask that all residential and small business clients prepare a list of cleaning priorities or requested tasks before the appointment begins. Having a clear list allows us to maximize your service time and focus on the areas that matter most to you.


For the safety and efficiency of our team, we also ask that floors, workspaces, and accessible areas be free of excessive clutter prior to our arrival. Please note that Luxesharee Housekeeping does not currently offer decluttering or organizing services. Our focus is maintaining clean, polished, and professionally cared-for spaces.

We strive to make the booking process as easy and personalized as possible. We allow clients to text us directly with details about their housekeeping needs. Feel free to send photos or videos of your apartment if you are requesting housekeeping services to help us better understand your needs.


With that said, we ask that all communication

With that said, we ask that all communication be respectful and timely:

  • Please be specific about the services you're requesting so we can properly prepare.
  • Do not text outside of our normal business hours regarding appointment or bookings. We are available from 9am-3pm 7days a week 
  • Repeated communication outside of business hours may result in being blocked from future services

If you are requesting light housekeeping services, please note that our team arrives fully prepared with our own cleaning products, including trusted Lysol-branded cleaners and disinfectants. This ensures a safe, effective, and consistent clean during every visit.

However, to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and avoid cross-contam

If you are requesting light housekeeping services, please note that our team arrives fully prepared with our own cleaning products, including trusted Lysol-branded cleaners and disinfectants. This ensures a safe, effective, and consistent clean during every visit.

However, to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and avoid cross-contamination, we kindly ask clients to provide the following items for use in their home:

  • Broom
  • Dustpan
  • Mop & Bucket

These tools are not carried between homes for sanitary reasons -we want to avoid transferring bacteria from one home to another .
Please note: All rags and cloths used in your home are fresh and brand new, ensuring a clean and sanitary experience every time.

At CLEANING PRO 360, we understand that many of our residential and small business clients may not be available during their scheduled cleaning appointment. To make our services as convenient as possible, we offer flexible property access options.


If you will not be present during your scheduled service, you may provide access by leaving a

If you will not be present during your scheduled service, you may provide access by leaving a key, access code, or entry instructions in a secure location. This allows our Housekeeping Aide to enter your home, office, retail space, salon, studio, or other small business location and complete the requested services without interruption to your day.

Whether you're at work, running errands, meeting with clients, or attending appointments, you can trust Luxesharee Housekeeping to provide reliable service while respecting your property and privacy.

  • We send multiple reminder text messages before your scheduled appointment to give you ample time to cancel or reschedule, if needed.


LOCKOUT:

A deposit is also required to cover potential lockouts-this means if our team arrives and is unable to access your home(eg: no one answers the door and no entry instructions were provided) the deposit will be used for travel, time and any supplies purchased for your service.


•If we regain access and complete your service your deposit will still be applied to your final balance.
