Cleaning Pro 360 is a locally owned and operated cleaning service proudly based in Brooklyn, NY. For over 3 years, we’ve been dedicated to serving our community with reliable, high-quality cleaning solutions and a personal touch that only a small business can offer.

We specialize in a range of light residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

  • Basic Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • One-Time Cleaning
  • Recurring Cleaning (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly)

Whether you need a one-time refresh or regular maintenance, our goal is simple: to make your life easier—so you can enjoy your space without the stress of cleaning it yourself. At Cleaning Pro 360, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to build lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and sparkling results.

Pricing Policy

At Cleaning Pro 360, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent—the price is the price. Every client starts with our Basic Cleaning Service, which is a flat rate of $85 for up to 3 hours of cleaning.

All payments are required upfront deposit prior to service. This policy ensures fairness and accountability on both sides. By securing payment in advance, we are able to:

  • Reserve your appointment with confidence
  • Cover the cost of cleaning supplies and preparation
  • Protect our professional cleaners from last-minute cancellations

This approach holds clients to their commitment while allowing us to deliver high-quality, reliable service without disruption.


This clear structure helps avoid confusion and ensures that we can stay on schedule while delivering top-quality service to all of our clients.

ADD-ON POLICY

At Cleaning Pro 360, we offer flat-rate pricing for our standard cleaning services to keep things simple and transparent. If you need additional help—such as organizing, laundry, dishes, or other tasks—you can easily add extra services to your appointment.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, add-on services must be requested in advance— so we can adjust your service and pricing accordingly.

Please note:

  • We will not go over the 3-hour limit included in the basic service.
  • If more time or tasks are needed, you’ll need to book a separate appointment and submit a new and final payment.

This clear structure helps avoid confusion and ensures that we can stay on schedule while delivering top-quality service to all of our clients.

If no one is scheduled immediately after your cleaning, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests—but please note, this is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of your assigned housekeeper.

Communication & Booking Policy

At Cleaning Pro 360, we strive to make the booking process as easy and personalized as possible. We allow clients to text us directly with details about their requested cleaning services. Feel free to send photos or videos of your apartment to help us better understand your needs.

That said, we ask that all communication be respectful and timely:

  • Please be specific about the services you’re requesting so we can properly prepare.
  • Do not text outside of our normal business hours regarding appointments or bookings.
  • Repeated communication outside of business hours may result in being blocked from booking future services, as it disrupts our ability to serve all clients efficiently and respectfully.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—our goal is to make your experience smooth, professional, and tailored to your needs.

DEPOSIT & LOCKOUT POLICY

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Cleaning Pro 360, we value your time—and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for both clients and our team, we require a non-refundable deposit for all appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We send multiple reminder text messages before your scheduled appointment to give you ample time to cancel or reschedule, if needed.

Lockouts:

A deposit is also required to cover potential lockouts—this means if our team arrives and is unable to access your home (e.g., no one answers the door and no entry instructions were provided), the deposit will be used to cover the time, travel, and any supplies purchased for your service.

  • If we are able to regain access and complete the service, your deposit will still be applied to your final balance.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in respecting our team's time and efforts. Your support helps us continue providing consistent, high-quality service to every client.

HOME ACCESS & KEY POLICY


At Cleaning Pro 360, we aim to make your cleaning experience as convenient as possible. You do not need to be home during your scheduled cleaning appointment.


If You Have a Doorman:

You’re welcome to leave your keys with your doorman. Please provide clear instructions for:

  • How we can access your unit
  • Where to return the key after the cleaning, or who to give it back to


Spare Keys for Returning Clients:

For our ongoing clients who choose to provide a spare key to their housekeeper:

  • Your key will be securely labeled (without your full name or address)
  • It will be stored in a locked, secure lockbox in our office when not in use
  • No one will access your home unless there is a scheduled cleaning

We take the security and privacy of your home seriously and follow strict procedures to ensure your peace of mind.

CLEANING SUPPLY POLICY


At Cleaning Pro 360, we come fully prepared with our own cleaning products, which typically include trusted Lysol-branded products and disinfectants to ensure a thorough and effective clean.

However, to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and avoid cross-contamination, we kindly ask clients to provide the following items for use in their home:

  • Broom
  • Dustpan
  • Mop and Bucket

These tools are not carried between homes for sanitary reasons—we want to avoid transferring bacteria from one household to another. This also helps preserve the lifespan of your cleaning tools, since they remain dedicated to your space.

You're also welcome to provide your own preferred cleaning products if you have specific preferences or sensitivities.

Please note: All rags and cloths used in your home are fresh and brand new, ensuring a clean and sanitary experience every time.
